Anytime Fitness

Pretty much everything is good. Lots of car parks, many equipment and they have many of everything, the owner is respectful, happy to help and offer you special offers which suits your needs. It's clean, including bathrooms machines. 24 hours gym with 24 hours security cameras which I appreciate it. This is a good gym. You get access to all other anytime fitness places after a month as well. My experience with this anytime fitness branch was really positive.

Signed my contract due to the huge space and range of equipment. Wish I had not done it, gym is always busy and the structure is not well illuminated at night. Maintenance is very poor and lack some cleaning (just check the air vents if in doubt). Weights are usually disorganised and everywhere (yes people leave them everywhere but it could be organised by a staff member sometimes a day like other anytime gyms). Excellent location and price though.

After being a happy anytime member for 2+ years and across four locations I have just cancelled. Balcatta Anytime is literally trash.- heaps of machines and benches are missing knobs making it dangerous as a pinch hazard to change settings- half the weights are missing there labels so you don’t know a 12.5 from a 22.5- the place is grotty, with pealing paint and mould in the ceilings- even little things like the water cooler not having cold waterI raised it with the manager before posting this and he has said he was waiting for parts - that was three months ago.I just cancelled my membership and will be going to Revo for half the price, four times the space and better/newer equipment.

Shame it’s so hot in there. They seem to refuse to have their aircons on.Also, the gym smells really bad! And it is always so busy, no matter what time I come in

I have visited the gym 4 times during the office hours, no one in office, I have made numerous phone call to the number displayed on entrance door, no response, Written email no response. Looking forward to canceling my membership as I have been not able to manage time.Gym is good is good though

Over priced and equipment is old and run down. No one responds to emails and good luck getting anyone to answer or return your call. In the many anytime fitness gyms i been to in my travel its average in size but poor in how the gym is managed or the support you get. If the current ongoing issues of equipment reliability is not addressed its time to move to Snap Fitness around the corner

Such an amazing gym. There is a lot of equipment and a nice atmosphere.However, the water cooler doesn't cold the water properly.

Ever since I started going to this gym, it is a very good gym, with kind and friendly workers. The equipment there is very high quality and it is always clean.I personally find it very easy to move around and where it is set out is easy for new members to know where each equipment is. I highly recommend going to this gym and becoming a member without any hesitation.

Absolutely fantastic and best place. Very Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and great atmosphere and extremely well presented and equipped. Highly recommended.

Customer service at the Balcatta anytime is absolutely terrible.I have tried getting in contact with the Balcatta anytime fitness gym for over a week now. I’ve called the gym numerous of times in hope to speak to someone regarding my membership.However, the staff who work at the gym never answer the phones, they obviously just let it ring out. Perhaps they need a voicemail system that allows people to leave a message…Why even have a business number on google if they don’t answer it!!Absolutely pointless!!!
