I have just returned from a week long Bravo Cruise (cruise of the performing arts) on board the Royal Caribbean Radiance of the Seas and found my rollator very useful and easy to use on board ship. It drew a lot of attention from other passengers too, many of whom stopped to find out more about my appliance and I was happy to demonstrate how light and agile it was.I think you (or other distributors) will be getting quite a few new orders! It would certainly be a very good place to showcase this product in the future as the majority of passengers were of an age where they may need to consider mobility help in the foreseeable future – some asked about it for the parents too!.This lightweight rollator has been very good for me and I will continue to recommend it to anyone interested.Yours faithfullyJane Sommerfield

Very bad management in accounts dept...requested invoice so I could pay account ..supplied my email address 3 times ..the contact page is not checked as first request was done there within 15hrs of completion of work. No reply .Rang requesting invoice ..no invoice ..month later received call from accounts requesting payment...Please send a invoice to this email address..no email...2 weeks later received phone call from Male staff re payment...He was advise of attempts to pay but I had no invoice... He asked if he could send to email address he had which was correct ..received it and paid the account straight awayAnd advised staff member of paymentNow another lady gets of bike not beleiving that is paid two weeks ago .she was advised person name who was payment made today..Never again Willaid..

Staff were very helpful thank you but I was surprised by the overpricing of the product bought which eats into my mother's aged care package funding.

Fantastic customer service, provided a quote on the spot for a knee scooter to be purchased through NDIS. Excellent customer service, allowed my daughter(10) with a lifelong disability to try out the product. Acknowledged her and worked with her to find the best fit. Great job!

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. The staff are very professional and helpful. Excellent products and an excellent supplier of equipment to the aged care industry. I would highly recommend Willaid to any individual and aged care or health related service in the region looking for high quality products, competitive pricing and highly skilled staff that provide a high level of service.

I personally have been highly satisfied with service and products. Only wish general public understand not to misuse misunderstand & blame disabled for being physically in their way.
