They still enforce their ridiculous absolute NO REFUND policy under this COIVD climate. We had 3 lessons missed due to lockdown and they insist no refund, no credit at all.They provided very limited catch-up sessions, but if they don't suit your time, sorry they still keep your money for nothing. I highly doubt this is even legal under the ACL.This only happens on them, all other extra-curriculum activities providers have no issue on flexible re-schedule/credit/refund.Not to mention their coach do not take any responsibility on collecting your children from after school care. All other activity providers at school do make sure collect the kids before they start, but expect TennisForKids.So yea, I had enough of these. Can't believe this business can even survive with these dodgy practices.

Been taking the kids here for years. Great coaches, great with the kids and lots of fun. Highly recommended.
