Unproffesional and Lazy. Booked my car in a month in advance for a service, arrived for my appointment was told i wasent even booked in and i couldn't get it serviced. The staff never bothered to confirm the booking and was told to come back a WEEK later.Not only did i take a day off work but i now have to take another one because of their incompetence. If they can't even confirm a booking i'd hate to see how they service cars these days.

Took our 18 month old Toyota Prado (which was purchased from Llewellyn Motors and also serviced by them) to have a basic battery / starting issue diagnosed and rectified. Car was unable to start if left for more than 2 days. So after waiting 2.5hrs in the waiting room to have a battery checked, I was told there was nothing wrong with the car. Additionally I also had anti collision faults occurring to which I was told ‘no, it can’t have been as there are no logged faults.’ I took the car to an independent auto electrical company who diagnosed the battery had failed with in 10 mins of looking at the car. The lead cells in the battery had split open causing the cranking amps to drop too low, Suspecting that the low voltage was also causing the intermittent fault codes to show. Due to the battery still being within warranty I took the car back to the Llewellyn motors Toyota service department. They agreed to look at it again with the additional info I had given. After waiting another hour, the service manager came to see me to tell me they couldn’t look at the car due to being too busy. They would need the car for 3-4 days and ‘might’ have a chance to look at it……What an absolute joke. I have no doubt if it wasn’t under warranty they would have ‘found a fault’ and tried to sell me a new battery….So back to the independent auto electrician to purchase a new battery and resolve the basic issue. I have lost all faith in the Llewellyn Toyota service department after standing around there for 4 hours waiting and watching their ‘technicians’ perform basic mechanical tasks. My car will most definitely NOT be going back there.

I've been getting my car serviced here for 12 months since I purchased my new car. Its had 4 services and every time Llewellyn have screwd up. They are always late delivering, quote one price and charge another, forget to do part of the agreed service or leave oil filters undone so you have to go back and be even more inconvenienced. I would highly recommend NOT wasting you time going here. My partners car gets the same treatment and we just get the old it's not our fault". We won't be back! Really poor service at overly exaggerated prices"

Got pretty shocking service from Lee. Pushy for a deposit on a car i hadn't seen yet, without offering a trade price or finance figures. Then was promised I would hear from the finance team... nothing.Next morning Lee calls to let me know the Jazz had sold overnight.. well I might have bought it earlier had you done your job!

My first Brand new car. That also my dream vehicle Prado Kakadu, not so easy to get one these days brand new. Manager Mithun deserves a special thanks and appreciation for getting me my dream car in no time. Can’t thank him enough. On delivery, he spent a good amount of time explaining the features and how to do’s. The branch staff itself were so nice and gentle. I took my car loan and insurance from them too for a competitive price. Will go back there again for my next car.A very pleasant experience.Thanks Mithun and Team.

I regretfully have to leave a 1-star review due to my recent unsatisfactory experience with this dealership and James Sturges in Brisbane. I purchased a vehicle with the assurance that I was buying a quality, reliable car; unfortunately, the reality has been quite the opposite.The vehicle came with an assortment of 'free' problems – mechanical hiccups, undisclosed defects, and a general sense of regret that has been tougher to shake than any engine issue. It’s a puzzle to me how they keep the wheels of this business turning when the ones on their cars barely manage to do so.To potential buyers, I would urge you to exercise caution. Ensure that all details about the vehicle are made transparent before you commit to a purchase. Regrettably, my experience with this dealership has been disappointing, frustrating, and expensive.I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call to the dealership to rectify their customer service and sales practices, and to future customers to be aware and vigilant in their buying process.The best way to drive a bargain at this dealership, it seems, is to drive away. It's high time they put as much effort into their customer service and the quality of their vehicles as they do into their slick sales tactics. To this dealership, I say - your customers deserve better.
