100% satisfied with my dealings with Chain Brain.Recently purchased a mtb and the experience was fantastic. Scott and his team are experts and know their stuff. From providing updates during the build as well as assistance with setup when I picked up the bike, their customer service is second to none. A few weeks ago I lost a vital screw holing my pedal on. The fellas fixed me up, at no charge! They don't have to be this kind, but they are. Knowledgable staff, good work completed. We're lucky to have such a solid shop. I'll be bringing my bike in for a service there from now on too. Like a mechanic, doctor, or an adhesive .. if you find a good one, stick with 'em!

Incredible customer service! Desperately needed a service on my bike before an important event. The crew were fantastic to talk to and the bike service was first class and timely!The team are easy going, knowledgeable and great to talk to.

Best speed and mechanic-ship south of the Yarra. Problems with my gear cabling should have been a longer, more costly process. No, bring it down, we'll take it now and very soon after, and at a very low cost i received the bike back. Proper service, looking to get me back on the bike. Highly recommended.

By far the best bike shop around. Everyone there is super helpful and has gone out of their way to get my bikes working perfectly and get me back out riding. When no other shops had stock, I was able to come in and pick the exact bike I wanted, and their mechanics did an amazing job of setting it up for me exactly how I wanted it. I've since taken multiple other bikes there and they've been able to solve tricky mechanical issues and always had the parts I needed. The staff love bikes and just want to get you back out riding. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
