Brent, Kyle and Nathan did a fantastic job identifying and fixing the storm-water drainage issue at my property (my garage was flooded several times from the rain). They were highly professional, friendly and responsive (from start to finish). The whole team was excellent communicators. They kept me posted with the latest progress and plan, so that I can update my neighbor (whom I shared part of the driveway with). My garage was put under the rain test yesterday, and it was all dry!! Finally, I don't have to constantly check my garage during rainy day/nights. I am very happy with Brent, Kyle and Nathan; and I cannot recommend MDR highly enough.

I had a damaged underground storm water pipe and had a hard time finding a suitable service provider to fix it. It was discovered unexpectedly by the service provider who came to clear the gutters who said that storm water was not flowing smoothly as the down pipe was damaged due to pressure and water was leaking out of it, possibly due to a damaged under-ground pipe. They said it could be a sign of a bigger problem and advised to get a plumber to investigate further. I got a well-known (and expensive) plumbing company to come take a look and they dug two massive holes in my backyard and confirmed i had a damaged underground storm-water pipe with evidence of plastic pieces pulled out of the ground but they said they were not able to fix it as it was too big a job and even if they were to do it, that would cost me a fortune and a couple of days. They then left without even giving me a quote. Later i got 3 quotes fm 3 different companies without even a guarantee they could fix it for that price and the quotes were too expensive that it could have paid 3-4 years' worth of council fees or bought myself a 2005 Camry in good nick!!! After a few sleepless nights and a LOT of research on Google I found MDR and gave Ryan a call to discuss my problem. He came to inspect it at no cost, found the exact cause of the problem and later gave me a quote to properly FIX the whole issue. This quote was at least 4 times cheaper than the next cheapest quote i got so i decided to go ahead. Ryan's colleague Kyle, who's a very nice bloke, came in a couple of days, dug out the old pipe, cleared the blockage, used CCTV to check for more blockages, and put in a new pipe, tested the line again, and filled the two massive holes and flattened the ground - all in a few hours - and you could not even tell that a big project like that had just been done!!!. It was done professionally and efficiently, even though it took a lot of effort by Kyle, but now it's all done and i don't have to worry abt possible structural damages to my house anymore!! This restored my faith in businessmen as you don't find a lot of genuine, professional service providers these days. Do yourself a favour and call Ryan for your plumbing needs - big or small - as you will NOT find a better company in Victoria for complex jobs which are professionally fixed at reasonable rates. This company was very good to deal with. Brent and Ryan are very professional and no job appears to be too difficult for them. The guys went into very fine detail to explain everything that needed to be done. On completion they produced a video for you to view the entire completed works of the relining. It has been a great pleasure to deal with MDR.

So, very transparent in helping us to understand the blockages we had.They provided us with a timely quote online, easy to review and accept/reject.They called us back following our acceptance of their very competitive quote, and came out promptly to do the work.Very pleasant young blokes, from the foreman to the guys on-site.They explained things clearly, provided us with options and gave us updates throughout the day.They cleaned up everything and left it in a very tidy way.I can't speak highly enough of them and they even impressed my wife with their patience in explaining everything.We will definitely use them again.

Ryan and Brent are very professional in their trade. Ryan provided the free quote by running the camera through the drainage pipes to detect the problems, which usually costs $200 more on its own. The relining job completed in just 2 days which is amazing!Reasonable price, responsive and flexible. MDR is highly recommended!
