We purchased an engagement ring worth many thousands of dollars, all ring in store come in 1 size, returned for resizing after proposal and was stung again with charges for resizing after being told it would be free, will not buy from them again

There’s a lady who works there by the name of Kim. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in any store. She is incredibly rude, disrespectful and belittling. You should think about hiring staff who are actually nice to their customers. You should be ashamed of yourself Kim, learn some basic manners and don’t treat your customers terribly.
