My iPhone 14 plus was stuck on the loading screen after an update, and i tried everything to fix it my self (including plugging it in to a MacBook) and couldn't fix it. Went down and saw Blake and he had it fixed in under 5 mins would highly recommend

The reviews are true! Nick looked after my phone and after he exhausted a lot of options, we were ready to give up. A couple of days later he had another idea and it worked! I was touched that he kept on trying, and was even thinking about my phone after we thought there was no hope. Then he only charged me for the new battery and not for all his troubleshooting work.Excellent service, I highly recommend trusting Tech Headz with your phone.

I can't give these guys enough star ratings!!!! They have been a big help, customer service is 5-star plus! and they have gone above and beyond for myself and my kid's etc. NO - Other phone shops can match up to these guys!! Top job Nick and Blake, thank you again for everything. Helping me work out my mobile and setting up iPads etc. You take the time to really help people and you both care.I just wanted to say a big thank you and I really do appreciate it.
