Very satisfy for the service by Raymon (the Manager) and the team! We went to Samsung store at George st Thursday night just about 40minutes before the shop closing and after decided to get Samsung S23+ then they'd helped us to back up and set all up eventhough it has been closing time of the shop. They are really friendly and happy to help! Thank you so much for your help guys and I am really appreciate it.

Absolutely appalling service experience. I have a house full of Samsung product, TV, fridges, dryers you name it I've got it but I'll be replacing the lot after my service experience for my 75, TV. 1.5hrs to lodge the initial service request and none of the details get passed on. Received an email sayings theyd confirmed a replacement and 2.weeks on still waiting for a call even though i go via there call centre twice a week to follow up on. Impossible to get decisions makers or escalate a case. Just finished my ACCC complaint and doing fair trading next. Ridiculous

I phoned two weeks ago to enquire about getting a replacement case for my headphones and was told I need to come into the store to order them. When I arrived in store, I was told I needed to make an appointment to do this. Would be great if the staff I initially spoke to advised me of this so I didn’t waste my time going into the store for no reason!

Purchased a refrigerator from Samsung online. Samsung delivered an incorrect inferior model. It took many phone calls and emails to Samsung to convince them that it was their error. Eventually I was told that the incorrect refrigerator would be replaced but we would need to return the refrigerator to the warehouse before the correct model was delivered, which could take up to 4 weeks. It was over the Christmas period so not ideal. I asked for a refund of the difference but was told Samsung do not provide partial refunds. I then received an email informing me that the refrigerator was to replaced at the same time as the pick up. It all looked good until Samsung told me that the correct model was out of stock and was asked if I would like a refund. I asked when the correct model might be in stock. They didn't know. I asked what amount would be refunded and they were unable to confirm. This matter is entering it's fourth month and I have spoken to a dozen different Samsung people from all divisions. I think it must be a tactic or Samsung are actually incompetent.

Samsung have the worst customer service, I place my order end of April, and got an order confirmation. I waited more than two weeks now and still have no update. In the meantime because I chose trade in, the trade in is going to deducted money from my account regardless. Crazy, feels like a scam. I contacted and escalate the case, and they told me to wait another two weeks? This is crazy, I asked them about trade in how to deal with it. They gave me an email and asked me to email them myself to sorted out. They said or just cancel the whole order. So I basically potentially wasted days of my life to check my order and also have to email trade in team just to get my money back? Samsung is horrible!

Walked in to get a quote for replacement of cracked film for z flip 3. Staff asked if it was first time to replace, removed my old film and in 5 mins, my phone was new as it just got out of the factory. Much appreciated!

I have a Fold 3 which I've enjoyed until the inner screen started to bubble in the middle within 6 months of purchase. It would come and go so I wasn't too concerned. When it started to get worse I approached Samsung George st store in January 2023 which was still within the one year time frame for a free replacement who told me that I had to wait a couple of weeks whilst the store finished with renovations. They got my details and said they will call me and I waited.....and waited.. in April I went in again to the new George Street store and I was told to wait another 2-4 weeks for stock to come in.. now it's been 6 months since I approached the store, the bubbling has gotten alot worse. This is by far the worst customer experience I've had.

I booked a session to fix my phone under warranty. Sorry, but the service was best described as barely functional / processional / robotic. Anyway they couldn't assist me and were frankly unwilling to go that extra mile for a customer. Not the sort of support I expect from Samsung or their agents

Our Samsung Frame 55”, that we purchased from The Good Guys, broke on Wednesday 1st of February.After initial consultation with Samsung Care over the phone, they diagnosed the problem to be a faulty wire & sent out a new one to our address.This didn’t fix the problem so Samsung arranged for a Southside Electronics technician to come out & try to fix the problem.After three separate visits (16th, 18th & 24th of February) by technicians from Southside, the issue still has not been fixed.We have now refused further attempts at repairing the TV, and Samsung has granted us a store credit for The Good Guys.We now have to transport our faulty TV back to The Good Guys, as they don’t grant the store credit unless the faulty item is returned. Then we need to pick up a new TV and transport it back to our home & reinstall.You would think that Samsung would ship a new TV directly to you seeing as the product has a manufacturing defect?The process has dragged out for over a month & been nothing but painful. It’s now the 2nd of March and we’ve only just come to a solution.We’ve wasted so much of our time over the last month trying to get a resolution for this.Utterly abysmal customer service!

Worst customer experience ever. I ordered online some stuff on 25th of May to be picked up at the store but since my reward points did not apply somehow, i was charged the full amount. I received a text message later that my order was ready to be picked up at the store so I came and instead of picking it up, I asked on of the staff members to do return process for me and he said ok, the store will handle everything from receiving shipping label to shipping it back to the warehouse. At that time, he was holding my order on his hand checking out so i know it was there.After a week, i called them to have an update on it. One of the staff member told me that they do not do return process for online store. I was very confused and frustrated. They told me to hold on for an update. Later that day, the manager called me again and told me that they don't have my order there as it has not been shipped yet??? I tried to convinced her that it has been arrived since LAST WEEK. She told me that it could have been sent back to the warehouse and i will receive my money within 1-2 weeks.AFTER one more week, I asked them both online store and physical store through phone call but they still do not have an update for me whether where is my order and how long should I be waiting for. Come on Samsung.
