Several different outlets fit any taste. Toilers clean, friendly service. Looks like a new place. Information about the area, including maps, is all in the same spot. Would definitely stop here again.

McDonald's BP Ballina Travel Centre.
We parked over with the other car & trailer, caravan parking. After dining in at Bp food & coffee shop, having a very nice hot beverage & pie. We returned to our vehicle & had a very relaxing, non noisy sleep for the night.Next morning, we enjoyed a nice warm breakfast in the dine in area before checking the car fuel, oil, water, etc. Then off on our trip back to Qld north of Brisbane to home.

I actually found the signals to park so confusing. Cars & caravans were just trying to do their best. So many people confused.More directions for trucks than normal traffic. The directions take you to the petrol station, not the parking.Once we worked it out and got a park, we could get inside to use the rest rooms and get something to eat.It's a busy place, so be prepared.

Stopped here on the way back from coffs harbour on a public holiday, it was understandably busy... Whilst ordering was easy enough from the kiosks, a 40 minute wait was a bit excessive for fast" food...But a long wait doesn't matter when your food is cooked fresh and tastes great right?Unfortunately this wasn't the case... The fries were like rubber

A lot of customer orders to fill & the team were very well organised and got the orders out quickly. Friendly, professional service.The travel centre is fantastic- fuel, food & seating- it's very clean & family friendly. It's the perfect place to stop after a long drive

Neat. Very busy during the season. I had to wait in a long queue to pay the fuel bill. Washroom clean. It could have been a little bit more bigger to accommodate an increased number of people during the season

1 star is too many!! Passing through on a long journey decided to get some KFC, the line was way too long so we opted for Maccas!! Ordered our lunch and waited...every other order came up but ours ( mind you we could see our frozen cokes melting)..but we thought it was taking so long because we where getting fresh nuggets, fries and burgers!! Finally our number was announced and we got our food and was pretty excited as we was starvinggg after a long journey...got to our car and everything was stone cold and not fit for human consumption!! Literally had to throw it in the bin..$36 wasted, still hungry and had 2 hours more to drive. Called the store to let them know how unhappy we were and all we got was we are busy" they were absolutely not busy..should have gone to KFC

For a travel centre that's a bogan and weirdo magnet, it's better than most with semi clean loos and the area and tables were good. The food options from BP is quite good for grab n go's or heat em up, and KFC here is one of the best that I've been to. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to and from leaving the highway.

McDonald's would have to be the most un nutritious and disgustingly adulterated mix of chemistry the market as food. Constantly decreasing product sizes and raising prices for less product and service.

A super busy Maccas on the highway. A good place to fill up your tummy and fuel tank. Though a bit of wait it’s a great maccas. You can order at desk or kiosk or online. Tried the spicy chicken burger and the Big Mac. Both are great and delicious. Took sundae for dessert. Yummy. Staff was very courteous, plenty of parking as well. Toilets were clean.
