I would not recommend this real estate. Booked holiday accommodation through stayz. Was then contacted by abrasive female who told me if I wanted that property then it was nearly going to be double the price of original booking.

Lance͏ has been a pleasure to deal with and has been communicative, reliable and professional on every level. His estimate of the market was much closer to the mark than the other agencies we spoke with and he achieved a sale price in the middle of our target range in under a week. Reliable agreeable and hard workingWe recently purchased a property through Lance Musgrave at Merimbula Realty. He was very good at returning calls and answering any questions we had. If Lance didn't know the answer he would find it out. Lance worked with both us as the buyer and the seller to achieve a result that we were both prepared to accept therefore I would recommend him as an agent.
