Bass Hill Car Wash
I went there and asked how much for a wash and vacuum and they wanted to charge me $50 but I questioned why is it costing alot just for hatchback which there are charging just $35. I ask the worker if he was the alleged supervisor/manager. His excuse was that the prices were wrong and the board saying the prices were wrong. I said to him that this was false advertising and misleading and the board with the prices should of been updated. I feel like they just make up their own prices depending on the person and car. I then refused to accept this service.

Charged me $50 for an external wash only claiming my car was extra dirty !!!! , a sedan btw. They didn't clean it properly. Roof is dirty, driver door stained with employee hand or whatever. Unbelievable i am so stupid to have walked away without confronting them. Peolpe please inspect your cars before paying these thieves.

Bass Hill Car Wash
Got my car washed yesterday and was not happy with the service as there were stains visible after i got it back, and they did not vacuum well. Also when i went to pay they charged me $10 extra i guess prices went up, but they still had the old price advertised outside the shop.Tried to complain but nobody cared and couldn't/wouldn't help, i just left.i do NOT recommend this place at all.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. went there today to get a standard inside and out side was for my 2 month old vehicle. The man argued that my car was too dirty and recommended the upgrade wash and wax. How does a 2 month old car with paint protection need a wax. As you can see in the photo the car has no mud on it. Only rain spots and light dust. When I refused he started rubbing his hands on my drivers door. Any normal person knows not to do that as it can scratch the clear coat. Took my keys back and went somewhere else. What a joke.

Wouldn't waste my time going there. Couldn't even clean my roof properly due to my roof racks which was BS. Charged me double. Still got sh......t job. Stay way. Never again. I don't usually put reviews up but this service is bad.

They cleaned my Tesla from top to bottom. Super impressed with the professionalism of the team, always appreciate the team here at Bass Hill Car Wash! No longer going to the other car wash I go to as this is the new standard for me.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I received today, paid $35 to have my car cleaned inside and outside and still driving away with dirt on my rims and with the inside not even being cleaned or windows wiped. This isnt the first time its happened to me, but I thought I would give them a second chance. Now... i don't recommend anyone to waste there money at this place. lazy work.... these are photos just of the inside. disgusted.
