The Beach Club Luxury Private Apartments
Not happy with the service offered. Leaving tomorrow, we booked the apartment to have the extra facilities particularly washing machine and dryer. The dryer is broken and not being fixed until after we leave. We were assured an alternative means of drying our clothes but now haven’t been offered any alternative except “hang them up” - we can’t find any clothes racks in the apartment and unfortunately the weather isn’t quite hot/dry enough to dry our clothes overnight. We’re now looking at paying for external laundry services without any compensation offered from the beach club luxury apartments.
