I had a really horrible experience here today. I asked to have a one hour massage and during the course of this, the masseuse applied glass cups to my back without discussing this with me or seeking my consent. This experience was violating and I have a reminder of that in the form of multiple round bruises on my back that I didn't sign up for.

Went in and spoke with William explaining where I had pain, and came out feeling so much better. An amazing massage from an expert! William was professional, listened to my concerns and answered all questions. His massage skills are incredible as was his ability to skilfully alleviate muscle soreness, knots and pain. I felt comfortable at all times and the massage rooms were lovely and clean. Thank you so much. Highly recommend!
