Grant was AMAZING! Very professional, and even entertained a curious 4 year old who followed him around. Called Auto King mobile to book a last minute roadworthy at 1:15pm, Grant was on site by 1:45pm. First time customer, who will definitely be a returning customer.

After ringing around for lots of quotes I rang auto king and was shocked at how much cheaper they were compared to everyone else and not only cheaper but they also came out to my car so I didn’t have to take a chance it would breakdown on a busy road. They arrived in time and did a great job Replacing my alternator. I was charged exactly what I was quoted. Highly recommend

Jacob arrived 10 minutes before time, serviced & roadworthied my car in great time. Really happy with the service & Jacob was so lovely. Will definitely use again & recommend

They have excellent service, rang up and got an appointment the same day, even came earlier than the appointed time, great friendly service, very reasonable, and good advice on potential problems without pressure. Would recommend them anytime.

Extremely disappointed with service from Auto Kings. Made booking with call centre for a mechanic to come to house at 1:00pm only to be called by mechanic 4hrs later telling me he was not prepared to take on job leaving me with no other options, called booking line and explained phone call to lady to then get told that she can’t make Mechanic’s go to jobs even though it was booked and they have the right to decline jobs. Not very professional in my opinion and if I ran my business like that it wouldn’t be very successful. Would definitely not recommend to anyone

Reposting under correct profile: Very incompetent company and people on the phone are rude when you call them out on a mistake. Don't call unless you want to wait on hold for ages, be hung up on when they can't find something after they finally do answer, be told something is booked and then told it isn't when you call back to find out why they are half an hour late (but they can still see the booking in the system, but it wasn't made properly somehow), be told their computer issues meant they hung up the phone and don't need to apologise about it and be lied to.Luckily another local mechanic could fit us in for our safety certificate so that we don't miss out on a possible buyer when we experienced Auto Kings complete incompetence and unreliability by not showing up when booked and not sending anyone out to make up for it when we called to find out where the mechanic was! So rude as well.

Extremely happy and so convenient. I called at 8.30am and told the reception staff what I needed done. They rang me back within 20mins with an approximate quote and a time their mechanic would arrive. (around lunch time that day)Mick arrived at the expected time, he did a light service, new wipers, new front light globes, re gassed and serviced my aircon, as well as checking a few concerns I'd had that I'd forgotten to mention to the reception staff.There was no stuffing around, mick went straight to work and my car was fixed within the time frame he'd given me. All whilst I was upstairs in my home.all I can say is a big thank you!! being Female you can really only go on recommendations and I was very lucky a close friend recommended them to me. I feel quite silly for not listening earlier.For 8 years my car had been serviced by a well known company, only to find out that I'd been getting charged for work that hadn't been done. sometimes my car would be there all day and sometimes overnight. Then I'd be given a large bill, I thought that was normal.I had been getting my car serviced by small business that had been recommended to me by friends' they were great too. unfortunately due to having a hip fracture and other mobility issues, it was too hard to drop my car off and pick it up.I needed someone to come to me! After the quality service I received yesterday, I will continue with Auto King. Their prices were competitive, they were convenient and service was fantastic.Thank you Mick

Rang these guys early Monday morning to arrange a safety certificate with their mobile service not only was the cost very reasonable at $110 wow Racq wanted more than double that, and organised to be there an hour after I called. Safety certicate done and emailed to me later that morning. Excellent and highly recommend auto king. Thanks David

I would give a -5 rating for the receptionist on the phone. Extremely rude both times I spoke to him and completely undermined my ability to diagnose that my car needed a new clutch.. probably because I am female. He said that's a huge assumption without any knowledge. Therefore I had to pay someone from auto King to tell me I in fact needed a new clutch. He was also rude to my friend who I asked to help me out and organize the mechanic. I will be voicing my experience with them to everyone which had me extremely upset.After posting review he then called me rambling on that he was not rude (while being rude") to me trying to justify his rudeness which had me shook. I have now had to block there number from further calls. I don't think I've ever experienced such horrible and unprofessional customer service.I have now called Lube Mobile and have had a wonderful experience without any hassles."

It was so convenient having the mechanic come to my home. No organising of lifts home and back to garage for repairs. Rang on the Wednesday and repairs were done on the next day. Very easy to organize and was able to pay with zippay so no massive expense in one hit. Cost was comparable to any other mechanics.
