Needed new drive belts. Rhys sent the wrong belts. Confirmed their mistake then sent different wrong belts AGAIN. I rang and complained…no reply no follow up from them.

Recently had a problem with my Honda PCX 125 motor scooter...(bought new in 2014)...the person I spoke to over the phone was wonderful, put me through to their mechanic in their workshop in Colac, he was great diagnosing possible solutions, couldn't solve it over the phone, took my scooter there today...helped me unload the scooter, after discussion diagnosed the problem...totally professional from start to finish....highly reccommend if you own a motorbike near Colac (I live in Apollo Bay so quite a hike)

Excellent Service. I couldn't find the part number for a belt on my Kubota lawn tractor. Spoke to Adam in the spares division and he not only had everything I ordered ready to go the next day but printed out a list of the parts and associated numbers to make future ordering easy. He went above and beyond what I expected. I wish every business was this easy to deal with.

Purchased a second hand Massey Ferguson from here. Very happy we made the choice to buy from Rhys Evans. Nothing has been too much trouble and tractor was presented far better than other dealers we looked at.

Great people to deal with. Purchased a used Massey Ferguson 6465 tractor from salesperson (Mick) who was very patient, very good with his product knowledge and was never pushy. After purchasing the tractor there was a problem with the cab suspension. Troy (part owner and service manager) helped with diagnosing the problem. Sean (part owner of the business) drove 3 hours to have a look at the tractor and then organised to have a spare part delivered free of charge. Couldn't ask for better service than that. Will deal with Rhys Evans in future. Thanks guys.
