We were very pleased with the prompt service and installation of our pool heating.Steven our installer was amazing ,friendly , efficiently working tirelessly in the heat, leaving site clean and all rubbish removed.we will certainly recommend AES.

Renee Bersin- Zac installed our solar blanket today. He was extremely efficient, courteous and friendly. He worked quickly to get the job done and left our pool area in a pristine condition. We would be happy to recommend AES since we have used their services for years. Our solar blanket lasts at least 7 years because we look after is so well. Bought a replacement pool heater from AES. The heater itself works really well and we're very happy with the outcome. We had issues with the installation which required 3 separate visits (install, connection and then commissioning) after some scheduling issues with the electrical work. I'd recommend AES but suggest that you get your own sparkie to hook it up to save time and money.

Very happy with AES install of solar pool heater on the Gold Coast; Kraig did our measure and quote, he arrived on time & explained the options; Jade & Jodie in the office were great co-ordinating it all; and Boschie installed the system in one day and answered my hundreds of questions while he did it! My pool is freezing, even during summer so I needed some help. Researched a few places and the customer service I got from AES immediately sold me on them. Kraig reviewed my pool and house and quickly sent back a quote. Jade and Jodie helped with efficient scheduling and any other office questions. And Boschie installed it. He was respectful of my time and place. He made suggestions on where to put the pipes in a place that wouldn't be too obvious and when it didn't look quite right the first time he made no fuss in changing it, spending more time to get it all fixed up and make me happy. I can't recommend this team of efficient and professional people enough!

Good quality products and installation. AES took the time to explain how everything works and also provided initial advice on best product to suit our needs. Special mention to our installer Zac who did the installation in quite inclement weather.

AES made everything easy. Zarlee was always ready to talk to us, Kraig explained plenty of options and tailored the package to our needs. A special mention to Zac for the installation, the place was cleaner when he left than when he arrived.

Great job by AES on the design and installation of a split 34m2 solar pool heater in Kenmore. The whole team did a great job from getting the initial quote, confirmation of design and home inspection to the final installation. Big shout out to Steve and Kyle who put in a full day to get the job done and did a super neat install. The use of black PVC pipe over the painted dark grey house exterior makes such a difference to the aesthetics of our system and will save me having to pain those pipes. I can highly recommend this company for your pool heating needs. Thanks again to the AES team
