I used to really like coming to this shop because of the creative designs but recently their products seem to have not had the upkeep they need. I saw some scarfs in the sales bin that had dirt on them, and I bought a pair of earrings that, when I looked closer, were tarnished. I went back the next day for a return and the salesperson tried to polish it up, but it still had tarnished marks on it, so I insisted on a return. She laughed at me! How rude. Then they tried to pull “all sales items are final” on me when there was no sign that indicated this. Let alone it was damaged. I got a refund in the end but their attitude was so rude, I’m disappointed to say I won’t be going their again.

Customer service was excellent. We had a special order coat made. It's lovely. Took a while to arrive but we were kept in the loop. It was posted to us as soon as it arrived.

Great little shop to visit up in the Blue Mountains. Amongst all the cafes and branded shops along the strip this shop stands out.I bought a jacket in there and had an issue but the owner was able to solve the problem after the purchase was made. (A big thanks).The merchandise is interesting and unique.

We visted your shop on our vacation trip from Detroit. We found so many great and unique made-in-Australia things there. Shop people were super friendly and helpful. I was obsessed with a belt of all things that wasn't in stock so I placed an order online when I got home. Easy ordering and had the item 2 weeks later. I'm happy.
