Unfortunately I can't leave a positive message. Especially called in to make arrangements to suit my day off to have repairs done and confirmation that I am booked in. There was 1 attempt made to call me to reschedule, but not message left, and no other follow up calls made, text message or email sent to advise change in booking. Not until I rang 1 hr after scheduled booking did I get informed that the booking needs to be rescheduled.Advise, customer service is still an important thing today as it was yesterday and the day before.Have taken my business elsewhere with prompt service...even on a Saturday.

Very pleased with the service I received today from Coastal Antenna. Jared was very cheerful and knowledgeable - he told me what the problem was, what caused it, and how it could be solved. He explained this in terms I could easily understand. I’m extremely happy with the much improved picture and sound quality. Thank you.
