Great customer service. Very helpful explaining the different types of sunglasses which helped me choose the right pair for me.

I visited to store today to get fix my glasses as they were loose.They get them in good condition for even free.Sincerely appreciatedCheers mate

Took my Ralph Lauren sunglasses back in with a scratched lens from where the arms touch the lens when folded, the manager spent 5mins telling me what iv done wrong to them, my sunglasses never came with an instruction manual saying close left arm 1st then right etc... wouldnt hurt to listen to the customer, dissapointed in her customer service.I wasnt looking for free glasses i simply asked was there anything i could do about this..The manager needs to stop talking come up for air & listen to the customer..She got anuther pair of the shelf same as mine to use as an example & the arms on them touch the lens too which over time would scratch them like mine.Poor customer service.

The service we received at Sunglasses Hut Rockhampton was exceptional. So friendly, invested in helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. Lots of laughs and my husband and I walked out extremely happy and both thought that was some of the friendliest service we have ever had.

Staff seem annoyed that you're there wasting their time. Very little in stock for a place called the sunglass hut. I went in seeing an ad for up to 50% off Oakley's - Prices are at least $50 higher than at other stores - 2 had 20%off an that's it!Found a frame I liked in their digital catalogue on the screen in their store only to be told they don't have them in stock.

Constant sales text messages that I didn't sign up for. Asked them multiple times to stop and they haven't. Never give your number to this business they have no consideration.

Absolutely love my first pair of sunglasses in my life of 61 years. I liked the service and price and knowledge. Made a childhood dream come true for me. May not mean much to anyone else but when you never were able to wear just an ordinary set of sunnies without worrying about your vision it is a small dream come true. Thank you. Everyone says we made a good choice and were impressed with price and suitability for my face and age. Thank you Tuan.
