I bought the glass Christmas Memorial for both my dogs and the end result is stunning. Excellent quality and even more lovely in real life. I didn't want a photo but just their name in the middle and they did a beautiful job of doing this. Would purchase from here time and again.

I have used Celebration Giftware a couple of times before. Top quality products and quick production time for personalized gifts. I was very happy with the product and it reached the recipient in good condition and they liked it too.BUT very UNFORTUNATELY this time my order of a beautiful personalized mug was not delivered. The safe drop image and GPS pin was correct proving the parcel was in fact delivered correctly. But the recipient did not get the parcel. They did not ring the door bell. The parcel was taken away, after showing, droping off and verifying prompt delivery. Its very unfortunate why someone would do such a thing with a personalized gift. There is no physical proof to prove this, but people did see the van go back to the address after the delivery was already completed. I am sad that my order did not reach the recipient. Its missing. But there is no one I can blame. Celebration Giftware products are good. Its just unfortunate that my parcel had to get lost. I did share my concern with Celebration Giftware and Aramex couriers. For them the image of the drop off and GPS pin shows the parcel was delivered. Thank you for reading. I feel lighter sharing my journey.

Amazing service! I ordered on the Tuesday and received the gift on the Friday as it was customized with picture and text I'm beyond satisfied that it went so quickly and the teddy bear came out so amazing with the print and text! Communication via email was excellent as i changed the color and added a note which was printed out beautifully on a paper on the side ! I'm so happy thank you so much!! Will def order again!!! Would give 10 stars if i could!

Absolutely love this business! I got a memorial bear and the photo printed on the shirt is excellent quality! Loved the thank you message recorded on the wee heart too, that was really nice! Highly recommend this place, they’re so quick and the quality is outstanding!
