Be very careful when agreeing to works by this company. Not only did they not listen to the instructions leaving the wardrobes a foot short of the ending of the wall, they also didn't turn up when booked in. When questioned about the shortage Kevin informed me ‘he can’t be expected to remember what we agreed on’ . Literally one request, finish at the end of the wall. They also left me hanging for a day with no explanation or apology as to why they hadn’t turned up having taken a day off work. When questioned on these matters, Kevin became highly aggressive, calling me names and threatening to remove the wardrobes altogether. His conduct was highly unprofessional and abusive and I can’t help thinking would not have been the case had I not been a woman alone. Left with an unfinished wall which I now have to repair at cost and time to myself as well as feeling ’unsafe’ and threatened in my own home. Make sure you have everything in writing and double check everything and do not let them into your home without someone else there.

Absolutely amazing build quality. The guys (and girls) there help us with all questions and was about to work around other contractors coming to the house.Was quick and easy, would definitely recommend and will use them again if i need another wardrobe.

Quick to get your money for a very poor service

Made a special trip to look at their showroom only to be ignored by the 2 office ladies and then asked if I needed help as I was on my way out

Poor service. The come in rip apart the old shelving and then install theirs. Quality of work is appalling.

Fast, efficient, and proffessional service from quote to completion. Install team were very polite and hardworking. This is my second time using these guys & i’m glad that I did. Very happy with my finished product.
