The location is good but there was something that didn't make the ambient of the place comfortable and agreeable. My children didn't enjoy the place at all and for that reason we didn't spend too much time there.

A great supply of gardening products, pet and animal goods but more importantly Honey and associated equipment.The honey on offer changes with the time of year and where the hives are located. Bought the Tin Can Bay Macadamia honey which is just delicious.

Awesome group of people. Have dealt with Christine a number of times, getting back into the hobby of beekeeping and she is a fountain of knowledge, but also isn’t afraid to set you straight if you make a comment about your set up that won’t work, they have a genuine love for bees and that’s evident in the way they conduct business, seen a couple of reviews about the manner being aggressive. I don’t find that at all, just a group of people who love their work and want to see bees treated properly.

Good range of supplies and okay prices, much cheaper on eBay, but without waiting on delivery.The shop owner is lazy and talks down to you, makes you feel like you're wasting her time. Getting advice is like drawing blood from stone; however, she does provide good information when you're being very specific (like when talking to a computer generated assistant). She really struggles to communicate with beginner bee keepers, understands bees very well but not so much people.

We went to buy some equipment here in Feb 2020 and received great service and advice from the male owner (Ashley?). It was a very good experience. When we needed some more equipment this week we did not hesitate to return. This time we were served by the lady (Christine?). Oh dear, what an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience. We felt like we were an unwelcome interruption to her day. We will be shopping for our supplies elsewhere in the future.

Ordered 10 nuc boxes. The quality was so bad we had to tape the boxes to be able to use them and even then, the entrances don’t close properly.

Ashley was very helpful and informative. Gave honest information about the state of the honey season (hot, dry and limited production), even though it could have adversely affected his chance of making a sale. I purchased my equipment and it all looks like good quality, even though I purchased at the budget end of the scale.
