Can't remember the name of the man who came to put extra antenna points in...? but he was really nice, quick & professional. Everything worked great for a while but now we're having reception issues. If there's a storm - we have no signal at all.

My 30 year old TV antenna broke, picture was breaking up, so I called Mr Antenna on a Monday. They were able to come later in the week. They gave me a window of time so I didn't have to be home all day. Ron rang me the night before to confirm what the problem was. The day of the appointment I got a text message about 30 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on the way. Ron was pleasant and said the antenna couldn't be fixed. He showed me a range of antennas, and I chose the cheapest, no pressure to upsell me. He said it would only take about 15 minutes to install and it was done in that time. He then came inside and checked that it was providing a good signal, and also checked the TV and re-scanned to make sure I was getting all the channels. Only downside is they don't take away the old antenna, but not a big issue for me. Would be happy to use them again.

Tony was at all times thorough, friendly and professional in his approach to solving our reception problems. He explained everything in a way which you could easily understand, as well as offering us some excellent advice. The price was very reasonable for work and materials of such high quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr Antenna to other family members. A positive experience, from start to finish. A job well done.
