Could not be more delighted with the service of the team at Coronet Jewellers. My husband and I brought a watch for my 99 year old father in law in Melbourne. Paul came over the road 200m to see him and work out what links needed to be taken out for him to wear it comfortably. Upon payment of other items the staff were equally delightful. Recommend them highly.

Terrible after sales service, deplorable sales representatives.After purchasing a Pandora ring a few years ago for my partner, a stone had recently fallen out. We took it into Coronet Jewellers to have it replaced. Obviously, the warranty was expired so before we went in we understood that there would be a cost involved.The sales representative informed us that the ring was not worth returning to get repaired and to simply Wear it upside down".As a business that displays itself as a "Jeweller of Distinction" I'd like to remind you that rings are more than profit and loss

This is one of the finest most exquisite jewelers in all of New South Wales . Easy to find such a knowledgeable and helpful staff . Years of experience between them. Lovely pieces and so many different earrings and fine time pieces to choose from. This is truly a treasure.

Bought a pen and refills from here. Excellent service, friendly helpful without being pushy. Genuinely helped me choose a gift. As a Christmases present they wrapped it and did a splendid job. Would recommend for both people looking for inspiration and who know exactly what they want.

Went to look at the Pandora beads and apart from having a sour puss look on her face as I walked in she was reluctant to serve me which was her loss as I had full intention to buy a bracelet ,three beads, two clasps and a safety catch she refused to show me the beads and when they didn't have the peice I wanted she put it all away. NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL. I will not be going back there again I will travel elsewhere to get Pandora
