The staff really unpolite, rude and not helpful at all. Misleading information from the centrelink call centre and the staff there. Not a good experience.

Waiting is almost always a bit of a problem at any Centrelink office but they do move as quickly as possible. I have always found the Staff at Centrelink Palmerston very helpful. Parking area is not that great.

Misleading information provided yet again, stupidly long wait times and arrogant staff. Watched one poor woman get chewed out because she had trouble explaining what invoice she was trying to obtain, the large lady helping her was very rude and yelled at her in front of everyone. Terrible place.

Like most Centrelink Offices there is usually a waiting period. Centrelink and Medicare work together so it does get busy. I usually go in for a refund relating to a Medicare issue. This usually does not take a very long time, nevertheless it's busy but the Staff do their best and I myself have always been dealt with by some very friendly people. Some are a bit narky but so are the customers!!!

attended 4 times for one issue. Misinformation from beginning. Letter online my gov state claim rejected, but, doesn't say what is required to bring in. Finally, one staff member went through and identified all the other documents required. Why didn't this happen in the first place. Waiting since June, now August.
