Jersey Quality, colour and cut are excellent! The patch in the lower right hand side is printed on, instead of a stitched patch, which 'cheapens' the overall appearance of the product. An option for a stitched or iron on patch would be a vast improvement, especially for jerseys which are intended as gifts or display.

It's been 4 weeks since I received the tracking number for my order. Still haven't got it yet.I have contacted your company 2 times as well as aust post and still no news.I just want someone to contact me with a resolution, no one is being proactive.Very poor service.

They make a big deal about jerseys being shipped out within 15 business days. However it’s been 20 business days since I placed my order and there’s been no correspondence apart from a automated response I got after emailing them. You’d think they’d notify you if there’s a delay. Our team didn’t have our jerseys for round 1 and potentially round 2. There’s no phone number to call which itself seems like an issue. There’s no way to make an appointment at the office which is something I’d like to do.Really expected better after the fancy and great website.

My item has not arrived after 10 weeks. Australia post say they have not received the items, however the company has provided no assistance to locate the item.

Custom Bball Jersey's were made exactly as designed on the website, shipped exactly on schedule and are great quality, no problems at all.

3 days after their 15 business day claim and have had no contact about my order. I would understand delays if they were communicated to me but I have effectively been ghosted. Reached out over social media but there’s only so much customer service can do when the production team give them no information. Extremely disappointing service from what is supposed to be a reputable brand. Now our team runs the risk of spending more money to hire jerseys because FE Custom has failed to deliver on time.

Absolute legends. The shirts came out honestly brilliantly. Really well made and the numbers and names are not stickers which will make them great long term. Size and fit are all great and the custom design we put on the sleeve worked out well even with the detail. 100% would recommend for any team - we had 8, so $50 pp (incl delivery) was awesome value.Delivery took a couple of weeks but not bothered at all because can understand with the quality of material and stitching would rather wait a tad long than other providers. The website said 10 business days so was pretty honest and delivered what was promised (just including because I read some of the other reviews). I did pay for the expedited shipping.Hardly ever write positive reviews but these guys earned it.
