So noisy. KFC needs to improve it keeping the kitchen ordering system behind or use a more quiet system. Most noisiest I have been too. Don’t eat inside.

07/06/2023. Drove to the Cleveland store, walked in , ordered a original bacon an Cheese fillet burger combo with a small potato an gravy, received order arrived home, started to eat my supposed order only to have my mouth start tingling, they gave me a zinger bacon an cheese burger . Never again will I visit, can’t even get an order right

I primarily wanted coleslaw. Girl suggested I get the 3x pce box with coleslaw separately as better deal. When I got home. No coleslaw, not happy ! Kept calling the store, no one picked up. 21/04 , @ approx 6pm . Hence written complaint .

They never put enough salt on the chips even when you ask for extra salt. I always go inside now because I have to tell them to put more salt on the chips. C'mon kfc. Put more salt on your chippies please

Rang to check about colonel's dinner box not on app. Was told still on system so I can order via speaker at drive thru. Told at drive thru NO. I had to speak with manager. Was agreed I could receive this order this time only. Got home and no chips chicken fresh but slightly overcooked. Had to ring manager and complain again about missed item.

I just wanted to say I really felt sorry for you guys on Origin night recently.You guys were getting absolutely smashed, I can only imagine the amount of delivery orders as well. Didn’t help that there was a White Karen abusing the poor girl run off her feet. (I hope she reads this one day, you’re a disgrace I hope you choked on your chicken you mess.)That being said, KFC need to do something about days like that. They’re so obsessed with profits, that their staff clearly suffer. You should be ashamed of yourself letting that happen to people who dedicate their time to working in your “kitchens”.To the staff at the restaurant, well done. You have more patience and dedication than I!!!

went there today sat 28th about 13:30 hot as hell outside go a large 3 piece box with a mountain dew that was warm never been in a fridge at all. DON'T GIVE OUT WARM DRINKS !!! & THE CHIPS WERE COLD unfortunately with staff being so hard to get atm the manager most likely won't care to much.
