If you are undecided as to where to hand in your prescription and get your medicine supplies, this pharmacy never fails, the staff are all friendly, you can tell by their number of customers that they are not just here for plainly business, these people truly care for the individual. Everyone here is accommodating, reliable in customer service. The manager in particular, if I can rate someone 11/10, the manager deserves it for sure!

Had some issues getting my medication at a different pharmacy and was worried. Called up and Natalie had my scripts within 20 minutes. Everyone there was really friendly and helpful.

Love the staff very caring and go out of their way.

l reckon pricing is good and staff are kind and helpful. would be nice if they had more shelf items available instead of sending me to another pharmacy on another side or making me wait for a staff member to get them for me (greatly appreciate the gesture though). just would be really easy for shoppers that management keeps up to date with orders instead of prolonging wait time and troubling me and their staff. I've also noticed that their prices are better than most pharmacies ive been to so thats excellent.

Best pharmacy in the area. I've been a loyal customer here for years. Customer service is excellent and wait times are not that bad either. Prices are excellent too. I can't remember a single time I was disappointed. You're the best Fadia, keep up the good work.

This place looks better with customer service and must notice all of their sales girls putting blush on their face to make them look attractive, but actual service as pharmacy is very shonky and highly deceptive. Once I purchased a medicine, but found it was expired after checking at home, later I brought it back and they just said sorry, but I found their apology was not sincere enough seems like it was quite normal. Anyway , they did it usually, but got caught. So be careful and check the expiry medicines, don't be convinced by their sweet words.

The appearance of our staff does not (and should not) have any relevance to the level of customer service we provide. It is a personal choice and we find it quite unusual that you would attribute the appearance of an individual to their customer service.b) We are sorry that you have purchased an item in our pharmacy that was expired. As you have mentioned in your comment, we have provided you a full refund of the item and provided you an apology. This is the policy that ANY business would apply when faced in such situation that complies with Consumer law. Therefore we have not been deceptive and “shonky” as you have claimed.c) Being a large pharmacy, it is generally imminent that items may expire and do not come to our full attention. However, this does not mean “we do this usually” as you have claimed. Being a successful pharmacy with a significant customer base should reflect the success of our business and our customer service.d) You have also claimed that our apology did not seem “sincere”. As you note, an apology has been provided to you. However we do not understand your comment that our apology was not sincere enough (unless by sincere you mean receiving a free item?).e) Our “sweet words” are reflective of our excellent customer service that our pharmacy is reputable for. They are by no means a method of persuasion (as you claim).Finally, we would like to note that there is no record of such complaint being made to our management team. Worst chemist you could possibly go to waiting for a script for 20 minutes along with 3 other people then one arrogant man came in after all of us had been waiting he decided he couldn't wait 5 mins before he started to have a winge like a b.... and make up a story that he had work how long will it take mind you all in another language that I could clearly understand so the lady decided to give his script which was all the way at the end of the cue to the pharmacists to serve his winging arroganta hole 1stly I don't care if u have work I have a sick child at home and I bet others who were waiting also had there own issues I will never step foot in this s... hole of a chemist they can upgrade there cars but don't want to spend money on fixing there old outdated smelly chemist
