Clear Coaching Institute
Coaching with Rex has helped guide me towards a solid, tangible goal for my career that sparked joy and passion and helped align me with my truth. Rex gave me the tools to think outside the box in any situation, brainstorm possible approaches and lock in a direction with clear goals and timelines. My confidence has increased and I now have a more strategic approach to challenging situations. Rex also brings an integrity and passion for his work that is infectious.

Clear Coaching Institute
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Rex over a 3 month period to change my career path to something I am much more suited. In this time we worked together to get greater clarity on my future goals and aspirations, gain greater organisation skills, and work differently when dealing with various workplace situations. We also over came obstacles in choosing a new career and the confidence to get back out there into the workplace through identifying key character strengths. Through the Clear Coaching Institute I am now 6 months into a Certificate IV at Tafe and am much happier after leaving my career in the trade industry.
