Dependable Sheds

Trent was very professional during the ordering process and made it easy. The shed was from their range but fitted our unusual sized slab well. A crew of two delivered and installed it, taking time to check with me on a couple of things during the installation which was also very professional of them. For a little extra money I avoided the headache of a shed in a box from Bunnings and am very happy with the result. Great to be able to support a local business too.

I took the time to visit them today to get a quote for a carport. I was meet with an unfriendly manner and when I asked for a quote for a carport I was meet with we can supply a kit but we are out to April next year on installs and not quoting this at the moment. I told him that I didn’t need it till October next year. Still no interest. Other quotes have been between $35-$40K. To not be interested in this sort of work doesn’t make sense to me. Anyway if you need a shed or carport I strongly do not recommend you wasting you time to visit Dependable Sheds.

Dependable sheds provided a fantastic product, their professionalism, timely manner, communication, material quality, customer service and build finish were superb. The process from start to finish including council documentation, insurances, site preparation, prompt communication, all associated tradesmen, site clean up and cleanliness, pride of workmanship and just a good looking sturdy shed was easy - as it should be. Trent and Joel gave great customer service for the installation of my carport. I knew exactly what I wanted and therefore could compare prices between vendors. Dependable Sheds was very competitively priced, easy to deal with, and their responsiveness on email was great. They were also really good at checking first when they needed to make a minor change on installation day. I now have exactly what I wanted for my carport.

Trent and his team made our experience of having a shed built a pleasurable one. We felt comfortable and confident that they knew what they were doing within ten minutes of walking into the office and had a drought plan of what we wanted straight away. Trent recommenced concreters who were brilliant. We had them back since for some other work. We had regular updates throughout the whole process and everything went exactly to schedule. Four builders were onsite and erected our shed perfectly in about 6 hours (possible rain that night) and were a great bunch. The materials used were of a high standard and all components fitted together as planned. We are extremely pleased with the end product.We would not hesitate to recommend Dependable Sheds if you want a friendly, professional service.

We found Trent, the Dependable Shed team and the concretor fantastic to deal with. We were told up front of an estimate of expected timeframe and they were honest in terms of their workload. The quality of the shed and concrete is great and the install was very professional. Highly recommend!
