Such a beautiful studio with amazing classes and yogis. Highly recommended. I've never felt so good doing classes as I do now. The instruction on all poses are very clear as well which is important. Just absolutely love this studio and staff.

A tranquil, safe space to quiet the mind and reconnect with body and soul. The classes are amazing with informative teachers for all levels. Nothing makes you feel better than hot yoga and Pilates! Such a great way to stretch and detox. Thank you.

Amazing space. Exceptionally clean and organised. Great lighting and temperature. I went to a week of classes while on holiday and found all the teachers to be highly skilled. They adapt to the class and modify the lesson - fresh and inspiring.Highly recommend the studio to lovers of hot yoga!

Amazing centre! So glad I found a hot yoga nearby in the Coolangatta & Tweed area. Beautiful & comfortable centre, with amazing & caring instructors! highly recommend! I Feel great after 2 classes and look forward to improving body strength, awareness & mobility

Such a great studio. Great range of classes. Have been loving Naomi’s yoga and Pilates classes. Set up so beautifully and the instructors are so attentive and supportive. Looking forward to trying more classes
