Waited two weeks for my results, only to get to my doctor for us both to find out that they had lost my sample. The pathology advised that mine was part of a batch they lost, so i assume more people will be going through the same thing i am now. They apparantly mailed me a letter to advise me they had lost my results (i live in the northern territory - snail mail takes weeks) by the time i receive this letter, repeat the test, have the results returned i would be a) too far along b) able to find out the same information for free through my hospital.This was my first pregnancy, so i was naive. I did some further research and found that this company is not even listed to recommend through NT Health. If your doctor provides you a referral through this company, decline and request to go through a more reputable company such as Sullivan Nicolaides.Waiting to see if i can receive a refund for their plain incompetence.

The service is extremely slow as compared to industry standards. If you’re looking for any type of dna testing AVOID this lab.Extremely unprofessional conduct, they asked us to repeat the test because they stuffed something with the testing. I was a fool for not reading the reviews on here before thinking of using their service.

Had a false positive on Generation46 which caused invasive testing. Low accuracy for advanced options. Caused severe trauma in the pregnancy and put my baby at risk

Very rude, calls terminated before even allowing to speak and emails back condescending messages in red text like a grade 3 teacher on a power trip for asking for an update which the email she replied to (rudely) openly invited me to do. Vanda, if you’re that unhappy you shouldn’t be there rather than take it out on pregnant clientele just trying to establish if their child is okay.

Even for the health professional it takes huge waiting time to pickup the phone or even they don't bother to pick it up -- I don't know what will he happening to patients--, I am trying last 30min so that they can pickup my phone ??

Needed to access my results through someone other than my referring doctor due to holidays. The customer service was shockingly unhelpful amd condescending, they gave me the wrong instructions on what pathology clinic I had to call which made me waste my time in doctors visits and calls to try to access my damn results. I expected more from a company that charged me a stupid amount of money for one test, this is a time semsitive issue and they are literally withholding my test results from me!!!

Avoid.-Tests took far longer than when they said when it was very time sensitive for us-They will not contact patients or keep up to date or warn that results would not be in when they said they would then ignored our calls and emails when we wanted to enquire about continuous delays- Price listed as around $400 and no Medicare rebate when elsewhere it is $150 and Medicare rebate if you have family history of genetic disease (which we did, and referral clearly stated this however we were still not offered option for Medicare rebate) Have had further testing at another screening provider in Vic (sent samples from QLD) and were charged $150 with Medicare rebate for exact same test (my partner and I both had the exact same).

My Harmony test (NIPT test) was done too early in the pregnancy and didn’t return correct results. I was asked to repeat the test, but unfortunately had a miscarriage in the meantime. I have contacted them to ask if there’s any chance to get a refund or credit not expecting much, but they were very compassionate and offered a refund. This is an example of great customer service and I am very grateful. Thank you.

Please don’t use this company they are rude and the lab stuffed up my daughter results. How can you be with one person and get pregnant and the they come back with he not the father . They don’t even tell you how they got these results all they want is for you to read the comment below .We are using another company and and awaiting for my refund.

Best team ever. One of the nicest organisations and management I have ever come across. A very good place to learn technical skills. I was fortunate enough to get an opportunity to work with these bunch of talented people. This team has potential to reach great heights. Wishing them luck always ❤️
