Have been going for while, getting less reliable for the quality and service. Last time they forgot something and today they added an extra thing in. The fish and chips are fine, nothing amazing, just conveniently located for us.While I don't mind waiting, what is the point of calling ahead if they tell you the absolute wrong time and you end up just sitting and waiting there anyway. Last two times they have said 10m on the phone and I had to wait 45m+ once I got there.

This place is consistently excellent! We've been going here for years. Love the calamari and the crumbed snapper. Service is always fast and friendly! Such a fabulous suburban business that's better than many fish and chip shops by the beach.

March 2022 - I have been a regular there for years. But - now seems to have changed hands. Their service and food quality has dropped off, my own experiences include messed up orders (either substitutions or mixed orders with other orders, ordered items missing upon pickup, and staff rattling around in the shop seemingly without defined jobs. And the taste quality of the food has really dropped off. Dont go by the so called local guide" reviews

I’ve being going there for years now and have always loved it. I’m not sure what has happened or changed but the food quality has gone down from the chips to the burgers and the fish, not to mention I’ve seen some staff not using gloves while putting food in the deep fryer. Will not be returning.

We have been going here for fish and chips for years. After trying a few different places in the surrounding suburbs this is our preferred shop. The Family pack I think is the best value pack we have found and the fish is good with a large amount of chips given. The few other items that we have tried besides the family pack have been good as well. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It can get busy but generally the wait is not too bad.
