Quite possibly the worst online purchase ever made. We purchased a bed in November and never received the right goods. After a lot of patience and communication from us we finally asked for our money back which still haven't happened 2 months later. Don't buy from this company

I wish I can rate you zero, I ordered dresser table four month ago, when I went for pickup at warehouse staff said it’s not available and coming to next shipment and agreed to deliver it but everytime I call different excuses, and want me to come for pickup, poor service

I would give zero star if I could. I bought sofa, bed and dining table from this shop this year in March and quality of furniture is not good. Bed's leather is already torn up within 6 months of purchase. When I contacted them because it's under warranty then they told me email to head department. We could not do anything. On the time of purchasing, I gave money to them and bought furniture from them and now they are saying, we couldn't do anything. So be aware, if you will buy anything, that will have not any guarantee. I spent $14000 on bad quality of furniture.

I bought many furnitures from this store over the years. They are all good quality and beautiful design furnituresAll the staffs are very nice and helpful, fast delivery.Im more than happy and definitely will buy more furnitures in this store again.Highly recommended ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Very bad service. Furniture I received was faulty and shown it to delivery guys. They agreed and said other truck will pick it up. But after no one listened. After many complaints they started abusing. So no service once you paid. It’s only good looking cheap furniture with no durability. They are just scammers selling rubbish furniture. They themselves suggested me to complaint to vcat.

Two week before we went to there shop at hoppers crossing to buy a TV Cabinet. We spoke to a sales person name Gokul.Cabinet cost was $1250 delivery $50 installation $400. We went last week to finalise and they come back to us with the price of $1730 I mentioned them that we were offered $1700 but they refused. We left the store but my wife really liked the cabinet so we decided to just buy and deliver no installation. So I hired my own installer who is been working for 8 yrs of building Cabinet he came to install first of all no instruction booklet. Parts were missing. He has to use his own tools to assemble the unit. We called the store mentioned them that there is no instruction booklet no proper parts rather then doing something they mentioned send an email we did sen c them an email with all th information no one contacted us I have to literally email them to atleast call so so.eone can speak to the installer someone did call assembler explained what is missing tbut still no response from the store next day they send there own installer without any notification he arrived then store called us for $100 to install the remaining unit we had no idea about paying them for install as there was no instruction booklet parts were missing they were just literally trying to blame us for everything they mentioned y did we hire our own installer they started accusing the installer by saying unexperienced. There is no where in there policy written that we have to buy and install from the store. Now my unit is sitting at my place half built no one is hearing us we need help we have also reached out to ombudsman and if there is any other quick alternative would like to get someone suggestion never buy anything from this place trust me it's been a nightmare since we have purchased

I generally don’t put bad reviews but I haven’t had good experience with these guys. If you are buying something not in stock from them they will make you wait 20 weeks for it which isn’t a problem if you are aware that you will have to wait this much. While selling their product they will say that you can expect to receive in 12 weeks or lesser than that but on agreeing to buy it and while making 50% initial deposit you would know that receipt says 20weeks. If you make a follow up call after 12 weeks then they would remind you what your receipt says. Two things which make them least flexible and bad customer service are:1. There is no such thing as change of mind and long waiting time. You can’t change your mind a minute after you made the payment otherwise you will lose your 50% deposit.2. After 20 weeks waiting time when you get a call for your item delivery they expect 2 people to be available at the time of delivery which they don’t mention while selling an item. If 2 people can’t be available between their chosen delivery time then delivery will be delayed to one more week.Since they have never been very clear in their words I am not sure if warranty would cover what it lis meant to cover the dining table set which we purchased at very higher price than the market.I would give negative stars if there was an option.

This company by far has been the biggest hassle imaginable, first they send me the wrong order and when I ask for a return they said they wouldn’t change the item and I would loose some money from the return.The customer service is shocking as they literally tell you it’s your fault.At Luxo living the customer comes last, will definitely be the last time I ever go on this website and for everyone thinking about a bed or anything from them think twice.Ps . sounds like a Karen rant I know but trust me when I say it will be a nightmare if you mysteriously have to rerun an item and deal with this lot
