My daughter is nearing completion of Invisalign treatment with Dr Lawrence, and the whole experience has been most positive. Their communication is excellent, and the whole process has been straightforward. My son is about to start orthodontic treatment, and my youngest daughter has also had consultations for future treatment. I could not recommend this place more for orthodontic treatment. They are leaders in this field.My son has recently finished his treatment, and could not be more pleased with the result. For the first time in years he is confident to smile in photos showing his teeth.My second daughter is in treatment and we are looking forward to seeing the final results!I could honestly say that giving your children the confidence to smile is the best investment you can make!

I am so grateful I found L&L Orthodontics for the work done on my daughter and my son. I found the whole team extremely friendly and professional which made my children feel comfortable with a process they initially were quite nervous about.My daughter's treatment is now finished and you wouldn't believe the before and after photos! What an mazing result using the Invisilign system. My son is close to the end and is tracking along nicely.Proabbly the best thing about L&L Orthodontics was the feeling of confidence and security when dealing with the othodonitists, especially at the beginning stage when assessing and planning the approach with my daughter. The experience shone through. Everything was explained so clearly and illustrated so well that we couldn't have possibly gone anywhere else.The clinic is so beautifully designed and laid out too which helps as well of course. I would give more stars if I could. This othodontist is the best around for sure!I have my own previous experience with an orthodontist to compare this experience with my children against, so I hope that gives my review more creditability.Thank you to the L&L Team!

Absolutely fantastic experience at this place! From the first communication the customer service was brilliant. All the staff were extremely welcoming and a real asset to the business. Dr. Lawrence was a delight to deal with and explained things in simple terms. Her communication skills put me at ease and was one of the many stand-out qualities that I took away from this experience. Finally, they were transparent with costs from the get go which made the entire experience brilliant. Highly recommend!

An absolutely amazing orthodontist. L&L have constantly supported and assisted me throughout the entire process. All the staff are super happy and friendly and the facilities are world class. Dr Lavrin never rushed through anything and even the admin staff are very supportive and friendly. One of the best businesses I've ever come across.

I’m at the beginning of my orthodontic journey, however I must say, I have never, ever been wowed with customer service, the way I was on my first appointment at L&L Templestowe.Owning my own business and being in a customer service based role, it takes a lot to impress me.The attention to detail, the care and the consideration for a new patient, is out of this world. The equipment and facilities are next level. And the knowledge and information provided by all of the staff that I have dealt with, has been nothing short of amazing.I hope the remainder of my next 18-24 month journey with L&L is just as good as what I have received to date.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Lavrin! From start to finish, our experience with him and his team was outstanding. When I brought my daughter Freya in for a consultation, Dr. Lavrin and his staff were warm and welcoming, making her feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Lavrin was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. He was patient and answered all of our questions, making sure we fully understood the treatment plan and what to expect.The office was clean and modern, with state-of-the-art equipment. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. Dr. Lavrin was truly invested in Freya's care and went above and beyond to ensure she received the best treatment possible. He was gentle and reassuring, which made a world of difference for my daughter, who was nervous about getting braces.Overall, our experience with Dr. Lavrin and his team was exceptional. Lavrin & Lawrence are absolutely brilliant. The staff and whole experience are amazing.
