So I have a very big hairy boy and it became difficult to keep up with the bathing and regular grooming. Referred to Stephen by several of his clients. I have only had very positive experiences over the past few months. Stephen is very gentle with Joel and he comes up a treat. I especially appreciate the extra touches to keep him relaxed, including the use of soft ear muffs when blow drying. Stephen found time today with little notice to bath Joel. He has had some health issues lately being an older boy and I like how Stephen respects that. Highly recommended.

Steven was very caring and patient with our 12 week old Harry who was having his first cut. Highly recommend Steven with any dogs and especially very tiny puppies

Dean was amazing with my two dogs! They had never experienced a dog wash like this before and he was able to put them (and me!) at ease. So much so I think they both wanted another turn right away! He really made a difference with my German Shepherd and Red Heeler's undercoats. Thanks Dean!

Awful experience, groomer was yelling at my dog the whole time, dog is elderly and groomer was advised before appointment. He did not act professionally or treat my dog with respect, my dog was very stressed had to stop the appointment half way through I was left quite upset from the experience.My previous groomer hasn’t refused to work with my dog, I was trying to keep him at home to save travel and stress due to age, the previous groomer understood why I tried to do this but have booked him an appointment asap for the remaining groom. I stopped the appointment for the previous reasons stated.
