The absolute worst customer service ever. The lady that works there is not only extremely but she smokes in the shop so just waking in is disgusting. Pool assist in Myaree is up the road and much better just go there instead

Went in for my first pool testing (ever) feeling quite overwhelmed. They were so helpful and took the time to explain everything to me even tho they were busy. I left feeling confident and very happy with the service.

We've almost excusiely used Poolway for the 20 years since we installed the pool. Steve and Tina have always given sound advice, and when repairs and replacements are required, have been cognsisant of the need to keep costs down, offering options to keep the cost down when those expensive things like pumps and chlorinators fail.Continuity and excellence in full.

Great people, great service. Great advice. Steve should be the benchmark of any service industry. Price was reasonable, no fuss and got the job done on the spot without hassles. I would like to be able to pay via credit card though. Would make it much easier for customers.

Tyna and Steve have taken care of my pool for more than 25 years. They are incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helpful. My pool is always crystal clear, without any fuss. The world needs more small business owners like this couple!
