Excellent service. I dropped in my laptop with an urgent virus problem and Nick was able to resolve the issue and provide advice and updates to protect against future issues. I'd highly recommend Tech Lab for IT support.

Nick was really friendly and it seemed i had come to the right place to get my phone fixed. He said he would check with his suppliers and get back to me. I waited a few days with no reply so i went in again, a nice lady was there who said we have your details and will get back to you after the weekend. Wednesday came around and i called. Nick answered again and said the same thing, he would check with his suppliers and get back to me that afternoon. Which he didnt, i called again after a few more days to go to message bank three times. I left my name and number and needs. Just really slack to not follow up what i though was a simple request, super dissapointing, go elsewhere.

Alex was so professional. He sorted out all the problems after I had been hacked! Amazing knowledge. Very satisfied customer.

I took my very slow 4 year old laptop to Alex for an assessment as to whether it was time to get a new one and he suggested I allow him to look at it first. Alex rang me the next day and said he could fix it to the cost of $220 including parts and labour. I picked it up the next day, it only cost $200 and it is now working perfectly! I'm very happy that I didn't need to buy a new laptop.

Reception (Nellie) was friendly and helpful; I felt confident they could help my Surface Pro issue because they use these in house.Nick was practical and timely, suggesting a solution if it was just age, wear & tear, and too much salt air.Problem solved, low cost, and enabled me to continue using my 6yo Surface instead of being forced to buy a new Surface Pro.

Nick was great in resolving some problems with my laptop. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently and at a good price too. I definetely recommend Tech Lab for prompt and efficient service. Well done Tech Lab.

Nick was very professional and helpful. He returned my calls in a timely manner and kept me informed of his progress. Despite his best efforts, he was unable to resolve the issue but then took the time to write a detailed list of the options he had explored, to assist me in requesting a refund for the device. His cost was extremely reasonable and I would not hesitate to use him again.

Not a good experience. Be sure to ask for quote first and to ask around other companies for comparable quotes. Shop around. The job was very overpriced at $250 whereas I was quoted $55 for same job from many other technicians. Was charged for almost 3 hours work that other technicians quoted me 3/4 of an hour for. Had to then pay another technician for 1/2 an hour to sort issues such as lost and missing files which were very important, who kindly charged me just a few dollars and did it whilst I was waiting.
