I received my Posture Puck quickly after I ordered it and service has been great. It is sturdy and well made. I've had it now for around a week and when I use it, notice that it takes the load off my lower back straight away. I look forward to using it ongoing.

I was a little sceptical about the usefulness of the Posture Puck to start with, however after only a few minutes of use at my stand up desk it was evident of its effectiveness. It was crazy to think that this small modification was so beneficial to my postural problems when working at the stand-up desk. The different angles are good for small changes in the degree of muscle activation in the legs and it is very easy to use. The videos and stretches that are included on the website have been helpful as well. After only a few days, I am not waking up with any back pain, which I have been having to deal with for the past couple of years. Mind blown. Thank you very much.

We were fortunate to be involved in the manufacturing process of these Posture Pucks and have had one kicking around in front of our machines in the factory for some time. I quiet often see it being used by by my staff who comment that they can feel that it helps taking some load whilst standing for long periods of time.
