Poor service. Absolute rip off . The vet didn't manage to a proper health check for my kitten . Gave her the vaccination and return her back to us on the account of my kitten being aggressive"Which kitten won't get upset with an injection?More could have been done in terms of having me in the room to calm her down and then performing the check. Not worth the 115 aud that I have spent for a 5 to 10 min service. Not returning back"

Goodness!!!! I wish I had known of this clinic earlier. We took our 7, almost 8 year old labrador to this clinic after she had multiple seizures and had already been to an emergency hospital the night before. Our usual vet suggested for our puppy to be monitored throughout the day and overnight with North Shore Vet Hospital as a suggestion. From the moment we entered, to when we were spoken with and the details we were given about our baby, gosh, no matter what the diagnosis or the prognosis, the fact that we were spoken with and our girl is kept at ease amongst so much love, I will deal with whatever comes our way.Dr. Kerry Doolin, Dr. Amelia Wong, the nurses, specifically Suzie and the reception staff, Liz put my husband and me at ease. We hadn't slept in two nights, but with our baby being looked after by such amazing humans in a state-of-the art facility, we came home and were able to get a few hours rest.Best of all, unlike other emergency hospitals, this hospital is in fact also a day Veterinary clinic. This allows your pets to be cared for and handled by the one team throughout their lives, rather than treated by one clinic during business hours and another after hours. An absolutely fantastic facility.Bless these kind hearted, caring humans who do so much for our furry pets.

North Shore Vet is an exceptional practice with professional staff and excellent care. They always go out of their way to try and accommodate you. They might seem more expensive but they give the greatest care, don't add on unnecessary services and are always as upfront as possible with costs. I wouldn't trust any other practice, especially in an emergency situation!

Dr Simon is the best. My rabbit Gill was very sick and my local vet can't do anything for her. Dr Simon saved her life.

Professional friendly service at reception. The veterinarian had read my dogs records in advance so was well informed to commence our appointment immediately. She was caring and clear during the consult. Always the best care at this hospital,Thankyou.

I rate North Shore Vet very highly for general veterinary services (vaccinations etc) as well as for emergency services. I have unfortunately had to bring my dog in for a couple of emergencies and I have received great advice and treatment each time. The staff are caring and informative. I appreciate that they call when they say they will and provide regular updates in the event of an overnight stay. The on-site puppy pre-school is also fantastic and helps to foster a positive association with the clinic.

Absolutely rude receptionist! How dare you talk to people as if they neglect their dogs?I was absolutely panicked when I received a call from you and to find out that my dog managed to get out and you have the audacity to speak to me with an attitude and quite rudely! The lady who handed my fella back was absolutely caring and sweet, your receptionists need to learn a thing or two on how to be nice!!We are all human, that is exactly what is stamped out the front of your desk on a sign. The same thing applies to the people who come into your Vet worried about their dogs!!!Edit to the owners comment*You don’t have my details on file due to the reasons I stated in my review. My dog managed to get out and someone brought him there. No way will I be back voluntarily after how your staff treated me.

I had to take my cat here on a Sunday night as my local emergency vet was at capacity. I wish I lived in the area! Everyone was great. The front of house staff was friendly, helpful and efficient and the nurse and vet were wonderful. The vet was the loveliest I've ever come across - so kind, reassuring and just such a great manner - very calming for both me and my cat!

Fantastic experience, wouldn't trust anyone else with our fluffy friend. The reception staff were lovely (maybe the other reviewers were just rude?)Christine was absolutely brilliant as a vet, our cat had to stay overnight and despite him needing major dental surgery, the team consistently updated us through text and call to assure all went well. While not as cheap as your regular vet, that would be comparing a hospital visit to a GP appointment. Well worth the quality of care provided, and they were fully transparent with costs up front.Plus the love and cuddles our kitty got is priceless

We paid $3500 for my cat to stay overnight and undergo tests to determine the cause of his ill health. I was not given a diagnosis and was in fact asked to pay another $4000 to conduct a biopsy to learn more. He returned to full health after 12 hours at home so I am relieved that I did not pay this amount, but am still waiting a week later for results from blood tests and the promised plan for him. I do not recommend this hospital and actively encourage you to find another location that will not take advantage of your love for your pet to take as much money as possible for no result.
