My blouse was cleaned without concern, however keep in mind although this company states they are open until 5:30 they may close earlier. I raised this issue with the girl behind the desk and was told that I was wrong regardless of having photo evidence to prove her wrong - I said nothing further as I will not be bringing my business back here.

I collected my cherished woollen jacket this afternoon from being dry cleaned and it has shrunk! Trying not to cry from distress and horror! What responsibility do you take for this please? UPDATE: it turns out they take no responsibility. They deny and shirk any responsibility. What was given back to me was not the treasured jacket I entrusted them with. I’m absolutely horrified by the condition my jacket was returned in. Will never ever trust Status dry cleaning. Apparently the Liverpool St shop sends their garments to North Hobart.
