The Blowout Bar - South Yarra

Tried to move my appointment by one day due to having gastro, but was told I would still lose my $50 deposit. What a way to run a business.

Kylie and her team are amazing. I love the Blowout Bar and am so happy they’ve opened a second salon in South Yarra. Cannot recommend enough!

Booked in for a blow dry for my birthday. As it’s on Commercial Road parking is tricky. I was running a few minutes late just parking the car when I received a passive aggressive phone call from the stylist, I told her I would be there in just a few minutes. Washing my hair I requested a specific shampoo they use. She refused to get it from the next basin saying she didn’t have time! It was less than 2 meters away. There was no attempt at engagement and the stylist was surly with attitude the whole time. It was also the worst blow dry really flat I could do better myself at home. When I provided some polite feedback at the end I was told ok see ya. Really bad service will not return.

Enjoyed everything about this service. Hair looks amazing will definitely be back. Aliyah was great in explaining process beforehand.
