We love going here for a quick stop while eating some fish and chips.... there's always a big family of ducks waddling around its very cute!

Lots of very nice boats. And water was awesome

Was told by manager Mitch that a part for my boat wasn't made. Called the manufacturer and told they always were. Ordered one. Was then told by manager that he'd personally fitted these before himself. Received part in mail, called to book a fitting. Got a machine multiple times, eventually left a message. Ignored. Emailed office as directed by message, ignored. Turned up to office on my day off, left to stand there unacknowledged for 20 minutes while manager chatted to someone about his business dealings (no, that's not a joke). Was then told he didn't actually fit the parts himself, and that person has since died.At least it's made me feel better about the customer service fails at my shop. Wow.

Good stock of parts, knowledgeable service and good lookout to the bay.

The Wharf is shocking. Tight fit, broken and inclined concrete driveway, there's no hose off spot either. As for the beach, the bathrooms are distant with no clear signage. Windy as all hell. Marine patrols out and making it more inconvenient to drive a watercraft than its worth. Safety isn't their clear objective rather borderline harassment. This rating is averaged over several visit.
