The Boulevard IGA

Spent $55 on a few things to have a bit more of a nutritional lunch - chicken ($17 worth) - so dry, inedible! Packaged pumpkin salad - pumpkin almost raw - inedible. Pasta & chicken salad - mushie pasta, almost no chicken & tasteless. A couple of other things - passable but for the price not great! Making a killing serving up less than appetising, over priced food

Nice shop and great produce but unfortunately a lot of the young girls in the front end were all talking to each other not paying attention and when I eventually got served the young girl serving was extremely rude and snappy. Unfortunately due to the “customer service” from these girls, I will not be coming back. I’d suggest getting new people in the front end as this is not the first time I’ve received rude and horrible service from a few of these girls.

I was threatened and assaulted on Thursday the 6th of April 2023, approximately 2pm. The matter was reported to the Kwinana police. They attempted to get the CCTV footage for the day and time on multiple occasions, but every time IGA Boulivard refused to cooperate with their investigation.I contacted the manager on the 6th and 14th of april (1.15pm) by phone and requested details. The manager, Chris refused to supply those details, even though he had the records requested and could have easily supplied the details. I was shocked to discover that the IGA boulivard staff member who had witnessed the attack and then laughed about it after with his mates and said it was funny" was the manager of the store. In my opinion Chris does not the level of maturity

This shop has a bit of everything. A great range of fruit and veg, meat , deli, cakes, gifts and your normal supermarket range.It is a beautifully presented shop and it’s nice to just walk around and check everything that’s available.The prices on some items may be slightly higher but to have such a great range available 24 hours a day is a bonus for the area.

What a fresh a enjoyable experience, not what I was expecting from IGA. The entire shop was well lit, and extremely tidy. There was about 4 staff on that we could see all steadily tidying and restocking items. All the fruit and veg looks fresh and inviting, and the prices seem very fair.... especially for a shop that is open 24hrs. We bought some drinks, 1 was a Mandarin flavoured fizzy drink from overseas, which tasted like the real fruit. There cake and pastry selection was to die for.

This place is one of the best IGAs in Perth.. go say hello to Diana she's the talented Deli Manager

Such a great IGA, impressive range, lovely layout, and fantastic staff.Good to see even more local producers on the shelves like Brother of Mine Coffee beans!Awesome selection of ready to eat meals, and fresh snacks, as well as all the guilty treats.

Ive bought roast lamb and veges around half a dozen times in the past 3 months, and it's only ever warm, and the brocolli cream cheese was either so old or majorly overcooked that I couldn't even chew the broccoli, and i asked if it was fresh and the guy said yes. Disappointing for that location.

Deli service is shocking. Staff avoid eye contact and fluff around pretending to look busy. Let one dude know I'd been there a while - didn't care. Walked out lunch-less!Mrs. Invisible won't be returning as this was not my first negative experience in this store.
