Staff were caring and tentative. Upon the passing of my father his room was emptied and his belongings placed in an open storage area. Many items went missing and there was very little concern or response to this from Bupa.

Very modern & stylish inside and out, wide hallways so pedestrians and wheelchairs can share, spacious bedroom with big bathrooms. Front office staff ready to greet you with a big smile as you enter the spacious foyer. Care and nursing staff offering the highest care that and aged care home can offer. Highly recommended.

Bupa aged care is very clean, and the staff were very polite and courteous they showed us the room where we wanted to go to visit a friend.
