I had an exam on 28 August 2021 in the university of Queensland center at 12:15, every person checked in, not based on order, although I came sooner than other people, I was the last person for the check. unfortunately, the system didn't work, and the center hadn't the extra system. this exam was very important for me and I needed for applied that in the home affair before the end of August.In this center, the social distance wasn't considered, because all seat was full, although, in that time UQ health had announced the social distance was compulsory and I sent this issue to UQ health as well.I'm so surprised, about this set of problems in this center.- the Order not important,- all systems full,(UQ health had announced the social distance was compulsory)- not having an extra system for such these times,- and also, just one staff was there that she wasn't skillful in the Computer's issues.

The quality of education very bad , the level of teachers very bad .

Had my PTE-A exam here and it was great. The venue was very quiet, neat and organized. All equipments are state of the art and well maintained as well. It really helped me focus during my exam.

ICTEUQ is simply awesome! Nice people everywhere, classmates from all over the world, English native speaker teachers from Australia and other countries, impeccable equipment (both software and hardware), cozy classrooms (always clean and very well maintained), beautiful buildings everywhere, variety of food options, and many many other amazing stuff all in a great location! Hey! There I met the best English pronunciation teacher I've ever had. I recommend this place without any hesitation.

Impatient inquiry staff, sounds like she's hating her job.

friendly teachers who have high level teaching skills, except one or two.ICTE has seveal types of courses, and assigns each student to proper class by the test on the first day.My English skills were brushed up by the teachers and classmates, thanksfully.I do really recommend this school if you really wanna STUDY academicaly more.If you wanna be more flexible or need more free time, you had better choose other easy schools.

Very poor education system. Lessons are held without explanation of any rules, we just do assignments in the book. There are only Asians in the class and there is no normal English practice. I do not feel any improvement in English. It seems to me that I lost my money when I signed a contract with this organization.

It was good institutions, however; I recommend to them to establish writing centre for writing training purposes.
