Pump Factory Pool Supplies

Just bought a $59 blowup pool and filled it with bore water. Have no idea about pools and maintenance. Was helped out by three of the staff. One ran a water analysis test, the other kindly advised me of what I needed and importantly didn't need. Another hunted down a small quantity of product and then proceeded to give it to me for free (despite me demanding to make payment) and then gave me written instructions on everything. From start to finish a really pleasant experience. Will be heading back for sure and recoend to anyone

Why look for any other pool shop this one has it all. Goid service, knowledge and most importantly good prices. Have been in 5 different shops during the past week and this one beats them all.

Awesome service from these guys. Davey pump packed up and it's 40 degrees, meaning pool will be green in days. They loaned me an identical pump while mine is away, never expected this, really appreciate the great service.Also, looking around the store, they probably have the best selection of pool equipment in Perth.

Paul does not keep a data base of his customers and therefore, does not remember what advice or products he has sold. He told me to buy two bags of salt every week for five weeks during the peak of winter... he told me that the pool is diluting the salt due to all the rain we have had.So that means that every pool in Perth has to put so much salt in their pool if it is due to the weather. Clearly this was not the case and he was being dishonest to sell more product.I then took my water sample up the road to Pool Wise in Morley and was told I have WAY TOO MUCH SALT IN MY POOL.Paul is dishonest and running a cowboy business... How can you possibly provide customer service if you have no data base, and no customer records....what a joke. I am very disappointed I got ripped off.Go to Pool Wise in Morley for great customer service and honest staff.
