Would highly recommend, all the staff are super friendly, we had Stacey as our rental property agent (we were the tenant), and she was by far the nicest agent we've ever dealt with in a rental. The very few problems / questions we did have for the landlord were forwarded on quickly, she was always quick to reply to emails, and house inspections seemed to be done thoroughly. She didn't have an attitude or talk down to us like a lot of rental agents do to tenants.

Never thought we would purchase our first home virtually.. Of course when you decide to purchase a property without being able to physically inspect the same is a challenge. But we were able to successfully complete the entire process comfortably all thanks to Michelle from Alex & Scott. She made sure to personally give us a virtual tour of the property and she was very transparent and accommodating through out the entire transaction. All thanks to Michelle we didn’t even once feel hesitant or worried and she even helped us put the property on rent immediately. Thank you Michelle for helping us with our first home!!

Alex Scott Berwick was new to us as Agents but when we first met Brooke when she showed us through the property we are presently renting we just new we liked her. She has a warm pleasing bubbly personality and does her utmost very best to help us when we report any maintenance issues and keeps us updated when maintenance will be carried out. I’ve rented through many agencies and had many property managers, but honestly I have found Brooke to be one of the best.

I'll start this by saying I am a property manager with 8 years experience in the industry. My now ex-boyfriend and I moved into a property 20 Dec 2019. On the day we collected keys, we paid cash for the bond. We were told we hadn't paid enough and they were missing $500. Turns out they didn't even check properly as I asked them to check again because we paid cash on the day we signed the lease. She then realised she hadn't looked properly and laughed. I'm unaware of what's so funny about that. We also weren't given a condition report until 9th January 2020, after I had to ask for it numerous times. In that time, my boyfriend and I amicably broke up and we wanted him to stay on the lease and I was moving out. Michelle decided to ignore me completely. She then went and inspected the property after I had moved out and said to my now ex 'is there any damages she needs to pay for? I purposely haven't been emailing or calling her back', basically looking to make me pay for something.It then took weeks before the bond transfer paperwork came through. By this point I had moved interstate. Following this, I received calls and emails for work orders, I was sent a link to complete a routine inspection (over a year later) - all after I had moved out. Michelle's profile says she is a licensed estate agent, however I fail to see how she even obtained this qualification given that she doesn't even give out a condition report when a bond is paid (legal requirement and basic knowledge) and then fails to even send one until I, the tenant, requested it more than once (I received it 20 days later). Her reluctance to assist tenants, openly admitting to ignoring tenants/ex-tenants and not even following procedure of giving a condition report upon moving in are all signs of an agent that I'd never want to deal with again, in any way. In all my years of experience, I've never dealt with a more unprofessional, unhelpful and downright rude agent. Landlords - I would steer clear, as who knows how many condition reports they haven't done or given out. Tenants - I would steer clear because they won't respond to you, most likely deliberately.

Been with Alex scott and staff berwick for almost a decade now and they've just done a fantastic job of helping me transition to my 3rd property with them, so here's to more years to come! Both Brooke and Mikayla have been wonderful to deal with, great communication, always a prompt response! They're professional and follow up all enquires quickly, very easy to deal with and very happy to have these friendly girls as agents, thankyou guys!
