Recent Trains of Switzerland tour could not have been better. Everything from hotels, stop over selections, tour guide, baggage handling was all but seamless. A hotel change from Interlaken to Grindelwald proved to be a master stroke for location and quality of hotel.The only things that TAD couldn't have any influence over was the stunning scenery and the exchange rate!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY..THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. $4,600 OF OURS..THEY WILL LIE. PROMISE TO CALL BACK AND NEVER DO..THEY WILL NOT RESPOND WHEN THINGS GO WRONG.We had several holidays withTripADeal, a few mistakes were made along the way including a hiking holiday that was not paid for. Luckily the tour operator followed up with them when we arrived.The $4600 stolen by TripADeal was for a fully paid Peruvian holiday. TripADeal said the tour company would not return our money but would not give us any details of who the company was and basically just ignored our repeated attempts to try and have the money paid to us.DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR.

We booked a holiday for a Norwegian cruise in January through TripADeal and they were fabulous throughout the process. Our consultant, Carys, went the extra mile to help us at every step, even putting us in touch with an in-house cruise expert, Emma-Jane, who was able to get our shore excursions booked quickly. We can now look forward to our holiday, knowing everything is taken care of.

I have just returned from a 10 day tour of Japan . It really was a trip of a life time. It was the first tour I have ever done and was a little concerned that I wouldn’t enjoy being with a group of people I didn’t know and not being in control of what we did but our tour guide Shirley was AMAZING and made the trip very memorable and although we are a group of 40, I never felt overwhelmed. Also a huge shout to our bus driver ( who’s name I could never pronounce or spell ) who was very friendly even though he couldn’t speak English he always had a smile and was so helpful but most importantly I never felt unsafe with his driving.

My first experience using Tripadeal. My trip has been booked for October ’23. I am looking forward to this trip based solely on excellent customer service received from initial inquiry by Melissa K. I feel particularly lucky she picked up my call. She was exceptional in the knowledge of her product & answering all questions.
